We make working with us EASY! If you're local, you have the ability to visit us at our office to launch your project. If not, we make working through video calls, email and other avenues seamless. We know our clients are busy, so we always figure out a method that makes the website design process smooth!
1st .... we collect all relevant information such as the services / products you offer, special offers you have in place and all the images and video you may have to make your new website stand out.
2nd .... we ask for some examples of websites you like, and/or provide examples and ideas from our side. This helps us understand what you prefer, though our team will always show you what are best practices from our experience.
3rd .... our team gets to work designing a LIVE functional example so you can provide us feedback on a real website, not a picture like other companies.
Finally .... after some back and forth, once you are happy, we launch your new website!

All builds vary in time frame from start to completion. If necessary, we can finish a project in 1-2 weeks, but a good average website project can take 3-4 weeks if you're able to approve most of the phases and design aspects quick enough.
That depends. We first will ask about your vision, if any, and what you'd like to accomplish. Then we really just need a little content, images and video so that your customers will know what you're about and what you have to offer. You can either have a lot of input in your project, or just enough so we can get it done for you.
